Speech and rumor, an unequivocal reign in our societies

Speech and rumor are two realities inherent in human’s life. Also, their presence within
our communities is not without drawbacks. Indeed, we make the sad observation that their
vocations and qualities are so insidiously exploited, that they have become real executioners for
society and its components. Thus, this communication, particularly deals with their role in our
societies. In addition, it is responsible for exposing the challenges that they have in inter-human
communicative acts. Besides, when resorting to human sciences, such as sociology, and
philosophy, helps us to reveal them to the world as essential forces to which we will have to pay
attention in our communicative reports ; because at the sametime that they are used by humans to
inform or manipulate, their act in turn by impacting the life of these
